沈孝業 企業家要為職工將來著想

樂化集團董事長(chang)沈孝業,不但是山東(dong)省(sheng)優秀(xiu)共(gong)產黨員、省(sheng)勞動模范,還是縣(xian)市省(sheng)三級(ji)人大代(dai)表。
沈孝業(ye)觀察(cha)到:下地(di)干農(nong)活(huo)的老人(ren),有些(xie)快80歲(sui)了,精(jing)神頭很足;有些(xie)剛60歲(sui)出頭,但精(jing)神差多了。 他們(men)的差別,主要(yao)不在身體(ti)狀況(kuang),而是(shi)因為高齡老人(ren)是(shi)從(cong)企業(ye)退休的,本就(jiu)有一(yi)份(fen)養老金,下地(di)干活(huo)是(shi)圖(tu)個(ge)樂子(zi);低齡老人(ren)則當了一(yi)輩子(zi)農(nong)民,種地(di)是(shi)為了生存,也就(jiu)多了點(dian)艱辛(xin)。
遐想將(jiang)來,沈(shen)孝業兀然自警(jing):自己(ji)(ji)將(jiang)來年(nian)邁,廠里(li)的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)也(ye)有(you)(you)年(nian)邁時。真到了那一天,千萬不可出現自己(ji)(ji)或少(shao)部分職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)生活有(you)(you)保(bao)障、廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)難以安享晚年(nian)的(de)(de)一幕。為了現在(zai)、將(jiang)來他能坦然面對(dui)自己(ji)(ji)企業的(de)(de)所有(you)(you)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong),他認準了一個理:對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)要(yao)一視(shi)同仁,要(yao)處理好企業的(de)(de)眼前(qian)利益(yi)和長遠利益(yi)的(de)(de)關系,從訂立勞動(dong)合同到參保(bao)繳費,一切國家法律(lv)規定(ding)的(de)(de)事,都要(yao)認真執行。

被人們(men)譽為(wei)(wei)山(shan)東省昌樂(le)縣(xian)民營經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)領頭(tou)雁的(de)(de)(de)樂(le)化漆業股份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)司,是樂(le)化集團下屬的(de)(de)(de)一家擬上(shang)市公(gong)司。該公(gong)司擁有(you)總資產2.1億元,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)800余人。多(duo)(duo)年(nian)來,樂(le)化漆業股份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)司堅持以現代化的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理理念運作經(jing)(jing)營,注重(zhong)以經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效益和社(she)會(hui)效益同(tong)步增長。在經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效益逐年(nian)提高,年(nian)利稅實現3000余萬(wan)元的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang),公(gong)司積極發(fa)展職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)福利事(shi)業。在為(wei)(wei)不少老職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參加(jia)社(she)會(hui)保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)多(duo)(duo)年(nian)后,今年(nian)起,又為(wei)(wei)600多(duo)(duo)名(ming)農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)辦理了(le)(le)養老、工(gong)(gong)傷、失業、醫療四(si)項保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)手(shou)續,為(wei)(wei)此(ci)年(nian)增繳社(she)會(hui)保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)費150萬(wan)元。該企(qi)業的(de)(de)(de)行為(wei)(wei),為(wei)(wei)全縣(xian)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)和社(she)會(hui)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障事(shi)業的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展起到(dao)了(le)(le)很好的(de)(de)(de)示范帶(dai)動(dong)作用。
作為(wei)(wei)民營(ying)企業(ye)(ye),山東(dong)樂化漆業(ye)(ye)股份有(you)限(xian)公司用(yong)工(gong)多為(wei)(wei)年輕(qing)(qing)的(de)(de)農民工(gong)。由于受環境和自身素質影響,他們(men)(men)不(bu)僅缺少對勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)、社(she)會(hui)保(bao)(bao)險等法(fa)規政策的(de)(de)了(le)解(jie),還(huan)普(pu)遍認為(wei)(wei):現在年輕(qing)(qing),投(tou)不(bu)投(tou)保(bao)(bao)無所謂,只要工(gong)資(zi)高就行。按一般經營(ying)者的(de)(de)觀念,既然(ran)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)不(bu)愿參(can)(can)保(bao)(bao),也(ye)就順水(shui)推舟算了(le)。但(dan)是,該公司老總沈(shen)孝業(ye)(ye)卻認為(wei)(wei):“不(bu)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)辦理勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)和社(she)會(hui)保(bao)(bao)險,既是對職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)合(he)法(fa)權益的(de)(de)侵害,對職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)未來(lai)(lai)不(bu)負責(ze)任,也(ye)是對企業(ye)(ye) 的(de)(de)健康發(fa)展設置障礙(ai)。”他曾在股東(dong)大會(hui)上說(shuo):“我(wo)們(men)(men)要正確處理好眼前利益與長遠(yuan)利益的(de)(de)關(guan)系,現在不(bu)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)參(can)(can)保(bao)(bao)繳(jiao)費(fei),看似節省(sheng)了(le)資(zi)金(jin),但(dan)將(jiang)來(lai)(lai)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)老有(you)所養、病有(you)所醫等問題會(hui)給我(wo)們(men)(men)企業(ye)(ye)帶來(lai)(lai)沉重的(de)(de)包袱(fu)。從另一角度說(shuo),為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)參(can)(can)保(bao)(bao)繳(jiao)費(fei),能增(zeng)強職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)干事業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)積極性(xing),激發(fa)企業(ye)(ye)活力(li),理順職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)管理關(guan)系。再(zai)說(shuo),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)將(jiang)我(wo)們(men)(men)企業(ye)(ye)當作衣食之本,我(wo)們(men)(men)也(ye)得為(wei)(wei)他們(men)(men)負起這份責(ze)任啊!”

采訪中,記者還了(le)解到(dao),對企(qi)業(ye)(ye)“強制”職(zhi)工參加社會保(bao)險(xian)的舉措,也有(you)個別人(ren)不能接(jie)受,因為(wei)參保(bao)后個人(ren)需繳納部分社保(bao)費,表面看收有(you)所降(jiang)低。他(ta)們(men)竟然為(wei)此離(li)開(kai)了(le)該企(qi)業(ye)(ye)。沈孝業(ye)(ye)在(zai)為(wei)他(ta)們(men)惋惜之余(yu),堅(jian)定地表示:作為(wei)有(you)責(ze)任感的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)家,我(wo)(wo)們(men)必須既(ji)想到(dao)職(zhi)工的現在(zai),也考(kao)慮他(ta)們(men)的未來。參加社會保(bao)險(xian)對職(zhi)工、對企(qi)業(ye)(ye)都是有(you)好處(chu)的,無(wu)論如(ru)何(he),我(wo)(wo)們(men)要(yao)堅(jian)持這么做。他(ta)還說:“作為(wei)人(ren)大代表,我(wo)(wo)要(yao)建議政府,采取更強硬(ying)手段,解決好民營企(qi)業(ye)(ye)和(he)農民式(shi)參保(bao)問題,要(yao)將所有(you)類型企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、不同身份職(zhi)工都納入社會保(bao)障的覆蓋范圍。”
